Pressure Balance Plug Valve

Construction introduction about the pressure balance tapped plug valve

The plug position is adjusted by the bolt of the cover,and the seal grease is injected from the end of the stem into the body.

In order to prevent the medium pressure force the plug into the seat,the end of the plug have the balance hole,and the balance hole in the small end of the plug have the check valve which make the medium just can reach the small end,

it can let the pressure into the cavity of the plug both end. The sealing is depend on the sealing grease of the plug and body to achieve.This design of the pressure balance plug valve is suitable for the high pressure ,

the pressure can be Class 2500.

The pressure balance tapped plug valve can reach such a high pressure and keep the sealing,it main depend on machining precision and surface roughness of the  plug and body sealing face.
